Public Interest Framework
MPM uses a proprietary ‘Public Interest Framework’ to help leaders determine the degree to which their organisation is falling short, meeting or exceeding the three Cs’ needs, therefore the value at risk.
(The framework is based upon six principles: access, choice, information, quality/safety, fairness/equity, redress and representation.)
The gap analysis:
Informs the development of strategies, plans and operational changes (processes, people) and provides the basis to identify:
- Enterprise accountabilities and responsibilities
- Capability and resource requirements
- Performance metrics/indicators and reporting
- Oversights and governance frameworks.
“Trisha has led training at a number of our events around how organisations can embed the public interest. The feedback received from delegates has been fantastic, they found her to be knowledgeable, articulate and, as a result, informative. As one delegate concluded, 'Trisha asked the questions that all of us should be thinking about!'”
